Un Nuevo Día

El viernes comenzó el despertar del surrealismo vivido durante los últimos 5 años. Luego de mi inesperada visita a la sala de emergencia el lunes, 25 de agosto y una cirugía adelantada, me tocó volver a mi doctor para ver cómo estaban mis «adentros.» Me dijo que la hiperplasia en el endometrio ha ido disminuyendo gracias a la hormona Prometrium que llevo tomando hace 10 meses. Lo que significa que el riesgo al cáncer ha disminuido muchísimo, ¡gracias a Dios!

Ahora el plan de ataque será cambiar mi estilo de vida por completo, que será difícil pues es un proceso de romper malos hábitos formados hace muchos años. Pero nada es imposible, especialmente cuando mantenemos la mirada en la meta final, un horizonte que se va acercando con infinitas posibilidades. Por eso los hago partícipes y hasta cómplices de mis hazañas que están por venir. El futuro depara cosas buenas para mi vida porque así Dios lo quiere, de eso tengo plena certeza.

A New Day

Last Friday was the awakening of the surrealism I’ve been living for the las 5 years. After my inadverted visit to the emergency room on Monday, August 25th and a surgery ahead of schedule, came my post-op visit to my doc. First tying he mentioned was the endometrial hyperplasia had subsided for the most part due to the hormone I’ve been taking for the last 10 months, Prometrium. This means that the risk of cancer has greatly diminished. Thanks be to God!

The plan of attack is to change entirely my lifestyle, a task that will prove to be harder than it sounds; it’ll be a long process of changing long-life bad habits. But Nothing is imposible specially when our sight stays on the end goal, a nearing horizon full of infinite possibilities. So, I hereby make you all participants and accomplices of the upcoming feats. The future awaits with good things for my life because I believe with total certainty that is what God wants for me.
